Scholarship Offerings at GWUOHS

In addition to The George Washington University Online High School Scholarship, GWUOHS also participates in a couple of state-funded scholarship programs to further expand the accessibility of a high-quality education.

The Arizona Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA)

GWUOHS participates in Arizona’s Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA). The ESA provides scholarship dollars towards GWUOHS tuition costs, giving Arizona families significant tuition assistance toward a private school education.

Arizona’s ESA helps families pursue flexible options for their children’s learning. Public funding through the ESA enables families to expand their educational opportunities outside the public school system and further personalize their educational experience. Arizona’s ESA can cover education expenses, including private school tuition, tutoring services, learning materials, and more.

Eligibility for the Arizona ESA

The New Hampshire (NH) Education Freedom Accounts

GWUOHS participates in the NH Education Freedom Accounts. The Education Freedom Accounts program was created by the State of New Hampshire to help expand educational opportunities for New Hampshire children. Eligible New Hampshire families earning up to 350% of the poverty line can direct part of their child’s state education funding to pay for tuition at the school of their choice, tutoring, online learning programs, educational supplies, and other educational expenses.

Eligibility for the NH Education Freedom Accounts

To be eligible for a NH Education Freedom Accounts:

4. Your family’s income must be at or below 350% of the federal poverty level guidelines.
